These are a favourite for the kids our own household due to the large size of the rigatoni

Durum wheat semolina is fibre rich pasta using only durum wheat grown in Italy using strictly organic methods and packaged in paper packaging.

This pasta is Bronze Extruded, which is a more traditional method. Bronze-cut pastas are a little coarser, a little more porous—and, thus, a better surface for sauces to cling to.

Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina (100% Organic). May contain traces of soy
