The terms, conditions and policies outlined below relate to Green Mumma which is a legal trading name of the business partnership of AA & S Elbelli. ABN: 50139845572

Delivery Policy:

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details to the email address you have used when placing your order or to open your account with Green Mumma.

We do not post goods (unless by prior arrangement) so prior to placing an order we suggest you check our delivery page to determine if  we service your area and the appropriate allocated delivery days for your region. All goods are delivered by a staff member of Green Mumma and we do not currently utilise any third party contractors.

If you miss the order deadline for the next delivery day within your region, your order will automatically be allocated to the next available delivery day following that.

A fulfilment email is sent out when order is packed and ready to be dispatched and provides customers with an appropriate delivery timeframe.

Delivery of goods in your absence:

Green Mumma  cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen damage or theft to your order when delivered to your nominated address in your absence. If you are concerned regarding possible theft or damage to your goods in your absence we encourage you to use the “notes” section when ordering to advise of a preferred secure area of your property to deliver to.

Delivery of refrigerated goods:

Green Mumma provides refrigerated items, which at the time of delivery will be at a temperature in accordance with relevant Food Health & Safety standards.

If a customer is not expected to be home at the time of delivery, we recommend provision of a cooler box, bag, esky with ice packs (or similar) to enable refrigerated goods to be kept within a safe relevant temperature range until the customer returns and can refrigerate.

In the event that a customer fails to leave a cooler bag (or similar) out for their refrigerated items to be placed within the items will be left with other non refrigerated items at the customers risk and we accept no responsibility for spoiled items.

Pre ordered items:

Certain items that we don’t regularly stock will be offered on a pre order arrangement at a discounted rate.If a product is being pre-ordered please refer to the specific timeframes for delivery and ordering conditions relating to that particular product within the product description. From time to time a product may become out of stock / unavailable from a supplier and in this instance we will contact the customer to advise them and offer an alternate product (if appropriate) and / or process a refund (if / where appropriate)

Refund & Returns Policy:

At Green Mumma we pride ourselves on the provision of fresh Certified Organic and Biodynamic produce so if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your delivery to discuss. Blemishes on the skin or fruit & vegetables are normal within the Organics industry however you should still expect your fruit to be fresh.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition.

Products that are discounted due to their inferior quality will be referred to as “Juicing or saucing” quality and no refunds will be provided for these items.

If for some reason an item is out of stock at the time of delivery, time permitting, we will contact the customer to offer an equivalent alternate product or a refund will be processed within 48 hours (generally earlier).

Privacy Policy:

Green Mumma regards customer privacy as an important part of our relationship with our customers. The following privacy policy applies to all Green Mumma users, and conforms to Internet privacy standards.

Collection of Information

In order to use the Green Mumma website, we may require information from you in order to provide the best service possible.

All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regard to sales, support and accounts, including Email. Any information collected by Green Mumma is collected via correspondence from you or your company. This may be via the telephone, Email, mail, fax or directly through our website.

By signing up to an account you will automatically be signed up our regular newsletter. We don't spam you, but utilise the newsletter to inform of special deals, new products, website features and events.

You can always opt out of the newsletter via the link at the bottom of the newsletter once received.

Use of Collection Information

Any details collected from Green Mumma customers is required in order to provide you with our

products and/or services, and a high level of customer service. Correspondence is recorded in order to provide service references, and to assist in our staff development.

Storage of Collected Information

The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information(such as credit card numbers) on our website, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). When Credit Card details are collected, we simply pass them on in order to be processed as required. We never permanently store complete Credit Card details.

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.

Access to Collected Information

If your personally identifiable information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may correct, update, delete or deactivate your account via our website– www.greenmumma.com.au or by emailing us at orders@greenmumma.com.au


If you purchase a product or service from us, we may request certain personally identifiable information from you. You may be required to provide contact information (such as name, Email, and address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date).

We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.


Green Mumma  uses personally identifiable information for essential communications, such as Emails, accounts information, and critical service details. We may also use this information for other purposes, including some promotional Emails. If at any time a customer wishes not to receive such

Security Policy

Green Mumma uses the eWAY Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. eWAY processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All online credit card transactions performed onthis site using the eWAY gateway are secured payments.

- Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.

- Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Green Mumma or any outside party.

- All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate.

- All transaction data is encrypted for storage within eWAY’s bank-grade data centre, further protecting your credit card data.

- eWAY is an authorised third party processor for all the major Australian banks.

- eWAY at no time touches your funds; all monies are directly transferred from your credit card to the merchant account held by Green Mumma
