10AM to 5PM daily

ORDER DEADLINES:

Next day delivery: by 12noon

(only applies within 7kms of our Caroline Springs store)

Saturday delivery: by 8pm Wednesday evening

(applies to all other regions we delivery to, apart from local deliveries)

To avoid being disappointed, please adhere to the delivery deadlines.  Although we are always happy to accept late orders, particularly with the snap lockdowns due to COVID, however please note that we may not be able to provide all the items you ordered (particularly bread) due to order deadlines with our suppliers.

Where an item is unavailable we will provide you with an alternative option, or provide a refund.

Q: Do you have a minimum order for delivery?

A: $40 minimum applies to deliveries

Q: What is the delivery fee?

A: We charge am $8 flat rate. Deliveries over $100 receive free delivery, which is automatically applied at checkout

Q. How do I know what time to expect you on our delivery day?

A: You will receive an email or SMS, generally the day prior to delivery to advise of an approximate timeframe for delivery.

Q: Do I need to be home to accept my delivery?

A: You are not required to be home at the time of delivery as orders are all pre-paid, however goods are left at your own risk. We do not accept responsibility for any items which are stolen.  We are more than happy for customers to leave instructions of where they would like their delivery to be placed, thus reducing risk of items being stolen or tampered with. We do not accept responsibility for produce that is effected by warm weather if you are not at home to accept your order & therefore suggest that you may wish to leave an Esky or Cooler bag for us to place perishable items in.

Q: What if the item I ordered is out of stock?

A:  If an item is unavailable we will try our best to offer a substitute, or a refund. For customers who order regularly, we may also check if you would like the item popped into your next order when it arrives in stock.

Q: What if I can't find an item I am looking for?

A: When you are placing an order the 'comments' box is your best friend. Use it to write notes to request an item, or delivery preferences. We will get back to you
