‘Sleep’ includes the fragrant flower of calming Rose combined with and harmonising Gan Cao (liquorice). The leaf of Bulbus Lilii offers a soothing partnership with Chinese Red Date, Hong Zao to encourage rest and rounded off with immune loving Wu Wei Zi (Schisandra Berry).

Wise things: our MILD range inner packaging is biodegradable, outer packaging is recyclable and teabags made from organic cornstarch (GMO free and biodegradable).

Taste:
Slightly sweet yet also smooth; you’ll notice the aromatic notes of calming Rose.

Bublbux Lilii (Bai He Hua), Chinese Date (Hon Zao), Schisandra Berry (Wu Wei Zi), Radix Glycyrrhizae (Gan Cao), Black Tea (Hong Cha), Gynostemma Pentaphyllum (Jiao Gu Lan), Flos Rosae Rugosae (Mei Gui Hua).

Consume: 
Option 1: 1 teabag in AM and 1 in PM, 30 minutes away from food as a 7 day program.
