Our meals are made using fresh certified organic and biodynamic ingredients from in store and available for pick up or delivery each Saturday.

Where can I find your menu?
You can find a copy of a menu for the current and following week on our website. Just click the organic meals category. There is also a copy available in store to view.
It’s not viable for us to print menus given our menu rotates on a weekly basis to keep things interesting, allowing us to eat more seasonally & showcase our beautiful fresh produce.
What if I don’t like one of the meals on the plan?
If you do not like a particular meal on the plan, you may substitute it for one of the meals on the alternate meal plan. For example if you are ordering from week 2 meal deal (regular) you may choose a substitute a meal from the meal deal (vegan) plan. You can use the comments section when ordering online to indicate this preference.
Only one substitution is allowed per order.
If you have particular dietary restrictions that need to be accommodated please email us regarding custom meals. These incur additional costs.
How do I place an order?
The easiest way is to order meals is online, selecting the relevant meal plan and entering your details for delivery and pick up.
Alternatively you can email us with your preferences and contact details and we can send you through an invoice (Remember to check your junk folder ) or order and pay in store. An order is not considered final until invoice has been paid.
If you require meals each week on an ongoing basis, email us and we will arrange for an invoice to be automatically sent to you each week . Orders are not considered final until paid so if you need to skip a week there is no obligation, just don’t pay your invoice.
Orders close each Wednesday evening at 8pm.
What if I missed the order deadline?
If you missed the order deadline we suggest you email us ASAP to see whether we can accommodate a late order, or try your luck and see what ready made meals are available in store.
What days are meal orders available?
Currently the meal deals are only available to collect / for delivery on Saturday’s allowing us to prepare in bulk and keep our costs low.
At Green Mumma HQ we always have a section of take home packs in store for you to grab. We may consider offering an additional delivery / pick up day depending upon demand.
Are the meals freezable?
The meals from the “meal deals” have been selected so a majority of them freeze very well (if required), however as they are prepared fresh the day / evening prior to delivery this often isn’t required.
We don’t recommend freezing the meals from the Lighten up package as they are lighter salad options, apart from the soups which freeze very well.
How much is home delivery?
We charge a $7 delivery fee or orders over $80.01 currently have free delivery. In store pick up is free.
You may like to opt to add some other items to your order such as raw desserts, Emma and Tom’s life juices or a fruit and vegetable box to be eligible for free delivery.
We also offer FREE DELIVERY with each mystery organic produce box so this is a great way to get your meals delivered for free and to have a fridge full of fresh produce.
Do you provide a nutritional break down of meals?
Unfortunately we do not offer nutritional break downs of meals. Our focus is to providing wholesome nourishing meals using fresh certified organic and biodynamic ingredients, not calorie counting.
